Your path to the first conversation

A practical start.
A helpful agent.

Start with website chat. Add voice, channels and business tools as you need them. Here’s what to prepare and where each piece belongs.

Step 01

Create your workspace

Sign up, verify your account and add your business name. Your workspace brings your agent, knowledge and conversations together.

Step 02

Add the knowledge customers need

Start with useful public website pages, current policies, service details and common answers. Import pages, upload supported files or write information directly. Check that the sources are ready.

Step 03

Choose your channels

For website chat, copy the widget snippet and add your domain. For voice, configure speech services and the provider. WhatsApp and Messenger need their own Meta accounts, permissions and public HTTPS callbacks.

Step 04

Connect business tools when needed

Authorize a supported store for live catalog data, a calendar for meeting availability, or configure the reviewed read-only order-status API. Test permissions and field mapping before enabling an action.

Step 05

Review the agent and test the experience

Open the playground and try common questions. Review sources and tool behavior. In Automation, connect the allowed knowledge and business tools in your agent graph, then save and publish deliberately.
